    Please join us for our very 1st Kite Festival on April 29th at Coan Park in Atlanta! Event is from 1--5 PM.

    We will have activities for the whole family including building your own kite followed by a Kite Parade and Kite Demonstrations! There will also be Food Trucks and live music from Atlanta's own Alex Guthrie Music!

    April is Autism Awareness Month but it is also Kite Awareness Month. So, We've partnered with the Atlanta World Kite Festival and Expo and Expo to bring a Kite Festival to Atlanta.

    You can now purchase a Traditional Diamond Kite for $6 or a Hand kite for $4, which is a smaller version of a traditional kite that is made for younger children to hold with their hands by a stick that connects to the smaller kite.(pay via credit card or cash the day of the event). For each kite the Atlanta Kite Festival is donating $1 to the Autism Society of Georgia.
